Lithuania's ARCHITEKTŪROS [POKALBIŲ] FONDAS invited O+A to lecture in Vilnius' National Art Gallery. Kicking off their fifth lecture series entitled 'The City: Breakpoints', O+A talked to the audience about treating cities as biotopes instead of machines.
